I recently purchased a Sony Clie SJ20 from Overstock.com for $80. It's only got 8M of memory but it includes WordToGo and SheetsToGo so you can sync MS Word and MS Excel documents to your handheld. That's primarily why I bought it. I also purchase a Lexar 128M memory stick from HH Gregg for $49.99. I've been very satisfied.

Subject: spreadsheet

I have had a palm IIIxe for a couple of years befor that i had a III. I am currently upgrading to a M505. I have never been disappointed. it all depends on how much you have to spend and what you want. I have been using a spreadsheet this whole time. I have been using MINICALC. It interfaces with Excel without a problem. It has been reliable the whole time i have used it to store data for geophysical survey data you can find it on line at Http://www.solutionsinhand.com good luck
