Looking for better timezone handling

I'd like to find a calendar program which has better understanding of travelling between timezones. I currently keep my calendar on Outlook 2000, and use the normal synchronization with my Palm IIIx. Suppose I have a telephone meeting which is scheduled for 8am Pacific, 11am Eastern. If I am in California, I'd like to see that meeting at 8am, interspersed with various other meetings which might be at local times. If I'm in New York, I'd like to see that meeting automatically move to 11am. If I change the timezone on my Palm, it doesn't know to show the meetings at a different time. In Outlook on the PC, I can show two timezones in the display, but it can't handle three or more. What I'd really like is for my calendar on the Palm to be able to show the times differently, including handling date shifting for when I travel between the US and eastern Asia. Does anybody know of an application that does this?
