I have a LAN at home. I'm getting a modem with my Palm, but I don't have an extra phone line at home, nor do I really want one. I think dialup sucks, and I will probably only use the modem when I'm on the road with the Palm. Can I connect the Palm to my home LAN at all? I have heard of PCMCIA adapters for the Palm, which would be cool, as I have a PCMCIA Ethernet card if neccesary. But would the Palm see the Ethernet as something unrecognizable and barf? Thanks for your help

Subject: Can a Palm take a PCMCIA card

I need to know if a Palm device can take a PCMCIA card. I need a small hand held device for an application. Thank-You for your help.
